    Around 150 emails come in every day and all need to go somewhere. A workflow in their own cloud environment now sorts and routes them. We tested it quietly first, then flipped it on.

    The challenge

    A central claims inbox required twenty hours of manual sorting every week. This routine work took time away from actual client service. Strict information security rules made external cloud tools impossible.

    • 1.Deploy the entire solution inside the secure internal cloud environment.
    • 2.Add structured insurance data to incoming emails to improve classification.
    • 3.Roll out in phases from infrastructure setup to shadow testing.
    • 4.Push to production only after validating the classification accuracy.
