    The challenge

    Both salon chains received a large volume of daily emails. Staff read, sorted, and answered everything manually. Many of these messages were standard questions that required repetitive typing.

    An n8n workflow connected to Outlook that organizes the inbox automatically. It prepares draft replies for common emails based on Excel templates.
