The challenge
Green is migrating work orders from Axxerion to Yardi and wanted to make sure automated tenant request handling would survive the move. On top of that, the planning team spent 30–45 minutes per day on manual meeting room overviews.
Our approach
- 1.n8n as the central automation platform
- 2.Microsoft Graph API for calendars and mail, SharePoint as publishing surface
- 3.Azure OpenAI to analyse tenant tickets into work order data
- 4.Yardi Virtuoso as an agentic API layer, IP Parking API for license plate registration
