The challenge
Green is migrating work orders from Axxerion to Yardi. They needed their automated tenant request handling to work in the new system. Additionally, the planning team spent 30 to 45 minutes daily creating meeting room overviews by hand.
Our approach
- 1.Set up n8n as the central automation platform
- 2.Read calendars and mail via Microsoft Graph API to publish on SharePoint
- 3.Analyze tenant tickets and extract work order data using Azure OpenAI
- 4.Connect Yardi Virtuoso and the IP Parking API for data entry
The solution
A daily automated planner publishes meeting room schedules to SharePoint. A separate ticketing flow extracts tenant reports from emails and pushes them directly into Yardi.
